dirty room wall degradation
the staff were amazing. breakfast was fabulous and included in the price.
The room wasn't really clean. i noticed dust and hair in the sink upon arrival. the walls showed a lot of degradation. I don't understand how it could be possible for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The staff was so nice and helpful, i just had to mention that. the location rocks. It's super close to everything. i used the kitchen and the dishwasher. They worked perfect.

Some issues affected the stay
loud fridge limited breakfast options
The fridge in my room switched on and off constantly. I found this VERY disruptive. This went on throughout the night and woke me up repeatedly. There were no hangers available for jackets or clothes, frustrating. Breakfast quality needs improvement. The options were limited, and basic hot food like fried eggs were absent.

the suite provided ample space it included a kitchen area and separate living area. breakfast had a lovely selection with many options to choose from. the staff were attentive making my stay more special.
the corridors felt a little cold as they were exposed to the outside air.
